Convert a Python Tuple into Dictionary

Tuple elements are enclosed inside parentheses, while dictionary elements appear as a key-value pair and are enclosed in curly braces.

i.e-

    (1, 'Pending'),
    (2, 'Done'),
    (3, 'Cancel')
)
